Despite the real world challenges you face, the biggest and most complex obstacle you will have to personally overcome on a daily basis is YOUR OWN MIND. You aren’t responsible for everything negative that happens but you ARE responsible for undoing the negative self-defeating thinking and behavioral patterns that these undesirable experiences create.
Write the mottos down and start practicing them. Get control of our inner dialogue. If you Learn & Grow every day the better off you will feel in the long run. Those who journey the farthest arrive with the most strength.
